What counts as a dynamic QR code?
Any QR code whose destination you can change after printing, and whose scans get tracked — location, device, referrer, and time. Static QR codes are unlimited and free on every plan.
Do you charge more as our scans grow?
No. Unlike per-scan pricing, RubyQR's plans are based on how many dynamic QR codes and how much monthly volume you need — a campaign going viral doesn't blow up your bill.
How does upgrading work?
Create a free account, then request an upgrade to Pro from your dashboard — we reach out personally to get you set up. You can also contact us directly from the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
